Manifesting Journey
During a journey, the beat of a drum induces a light trance, an altered state of consciousness to allow you direct access to the inner workings of your 'self at the soul level. Journeying is a tool, that can be used for healing our body and soul, deepening our understanding of our authentic self.
Bring a yoga mat, eye covering, and blanket/pillow to make yourself comfortable.
